Beloit police are anxious to talk to a 24-year-old man who’s considered a person of interest in the shooting death of a five-year-old. Officers say Isaac W. Torres has been picked up by authorities in McHenry County, Illinois on an unrelated warrant. Investigators want to know any connection Torres might have to Austin Ramos Junior’s death last Friday. The boy was killed by gunfire a little after 7:00 o’clock while in a vehicle with his father at the intersection of Shopiere Road and Prairie Avenue.
