The Janesville City Council wants to know what the public thinks about a proposal to convert Milwaukee Street to two way traffic from Locust Street to Atwood Avenue.
After discussing the project Monday night, the council voted to host a community engagement forum on March 2nd.
If the public is favorable to the idea, re-construction of Milwaukee Street could take place before the end of the year.
