Rock County voters show strong support for State Supreme Court Justice candidate JoAnne Kloppenburg. The Court of Appeals judge beat incumbent Rebacca Bradley by a three-to-two margin in Rock County. Statewide Bradley edged out Kloppenburg by little more than one-percent. Both move on to the April general election in what some call a partisan showdown.
