A 22-year-old Edgerton man’s mental health may be preventing his from appearing in court to answer to charges that he made bomb threats at the Janesville Mall.
Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer acknowledged Wednesday that Ryan Flory would not be able to attend his initial appearance as he’s currently at the Winnebago Mental Health Institute.
Flory is accused of using the Mall’s Facebook to make the bomb threats the evening of November 28th, and again on December 2nd.
His initial appearance has been re-scheduled for March 2nd.
