The Milton School Board is turning over much of the planning for district improvements to residents. Superintendent Tim Schigur says the board Monday night approved formation of a Facilities Advisory Community Team. The board is asking at least 20 community members to come forward and volunteer for the team which will meet every other week. The district had been considering $90 million in improvements, which were not well received according to a recent survey.
