The City of Janesville declares a snow emergency.
According to a news release, the snow emergency goes into affect at midnight, and runs until plow operations are complete.
If you don’t move your vehicle off of city streets, by the time the plows come by, you could face a $50 fine.
The City of Beloit has also declared a snow emergency, which goes into affect at 12:30 Tuesday morning, and runs until 12:30 Tuesday afternoon.
