A 38-year-old woman is facing drug dealing charges after being arrested in Janesville. Police say they were investigating information of heroin and prescription medication distribution over the weekend. Heather Castrogiovanni was arrested Sunday at a motel in the city. Police say charges include two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of Heroin.
