A 42-year-old Beloit man is facing a charge of First Degree Reckless Endangering Safety after a domestic incident Monday night. Beloit police say James A. Harrel attempted to run-over his child’s mother. Officers say the incident happened around midnight in the 900 block of 5th Street. Authorities say Harrel was arrested about 5:00 Tuesday morning in Cook County, Illinois. He also faces a charge of Disorderly Conduct.
