A 39-year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense. Janesville police say Lawrence Taormino violated the traffic control signal at the intersection of North Parker Drive and East Centerway Street a little after 3:00 o’clock Sunday morning. Officer say Taormino failed his field sobriety tests, and registered a breath test of 0.10 blood alcohol concentration. He is also charged with Operating after Suspension.
