Rock County Judge Richard Werner goes along with a plea deal for a 30-year-old Beloit man accused of impersonating a police officer to coerce sex from a woman. Kelsey Kenney will be expected to serve four-months in jail, and two year’s probation under the deal. He’ll also be required to remove anything from his vehicle making it resemble a police car.
