The Janesville City Council votes in favor of converting Milwaukee Street to two way traffic from Locust Street to Atwood Avenue.
More than a dozen residents came out to voice their opinions on the proposal at Monday night’s City Council meeting. Most of them spoke in favor of the plan.
Construction on the $350,000 plan is expected to start in August or September.
