Beloit Police release the name of the man who was shot to death Monday night.
28-year-old Joshua Smiley was pronounced dead at a local hospital after being shot to death following an altercation on the 900 block of Bluff Street.
Beloit Police say they have located and interviewed the shooter as well as recovered the firearm that was used.
The suspected shooter has not been arrested or charged and Beloit Police are not releasing the person’s name.
