Milton police are investigating an apparent battery and robbery at the Milton Travel Center Mobil convenience store. First responders found the store’s clerk in the bathroom about 7:00 a.m. Sunday disoriented and bleeding from the head. Police say video surveillance shows a white male wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and light colored shoes followed the clerk into the bathroom shortly after 6:00 o’clock. The suspect is later seen going behind the counter and taking a number of items. The car he pulled up to the pump is an early 2000’s maroon Pontiac Grand Prix.
