“If you build it, they will come,” seems to be the new motto in Rock County.
Beloit Economic Development Director Andrew Janke says Hendricks Commercial Properties is looking to build a 105,000 square foot speculative industrial facility at the corner of Willowbrook and Stateline Roads.
The Beloit City Council will consider providing economic incentives for the project including 30 acres land and the extension of water and sewer to the site when they meet on Monday night.
The Janesville City Council has approved two similar speculative projects within the last month.
