Construction work will prevent westbound traffic on Highway 14 at the Interstate in Janesville Tuesday night. The Department of Transportation says traffic will be detoured using I-39/90 and Highway 26 from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The ramps at the interchange with the Interstate and 14 will be open, but no left turns off the northbound exit ramp will be allowed. The DOT says a water main has to be installed under Highway 14.
