The Janesville Plan Commission considers a conditional use permit for an establishment looking to expand an outdoor patio to allow for patrons with dogs.
Associate Planner Ryan Krzos says Barkley’s Burgers, Brews and Dawgs will limit the number of dogs allowed as well as ensure that they are all vaccinated.
If approved by the Plan Commission following a public hearing (Monday) night, customers would have to obtain a membership before brining their dog to the establishment, and food and beverage service to the dog patio would be limited to between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00 p.m.
