A two vehicle crash ties up traffic in downtown Janesville for about a half hour Tuesday morning.
A small SUV and a City of Janesville dump truck collided at the corner of Milwaukee Street and Parker Drive just before 10:30 a.m.
The SUV spun around and came to a rest just inches from the entrance to the Hilltop International Pub.
The driver of the SUV had to be extricated from his vehicle and he was taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries. The dump truck driver was uninjured.
Janesville Police say they’re unsure who had the right of way at the time and the accident remains under investigation.
