Former U.S. Senator from Janesville discusses future of GM plant

Finding a new tenant for the old General Motors plant might be a little personal for Janesville native and U-S Senate candidate Russ Feingold. The Democrat remembers how his grandfather bought the first truck off the line for the family grocery store.  He tells Your Talk Show on WCLO he might even consider government incentives to inspire investment in the inactive property by another manufacturer.  Feingold does say the deal would have to be a guaranteed, because he wouldn’t want to see another manufacturer leave the city like General Motors did. Feingold is campaigning to retake his Senate seat from incumbent Republican Ron Johnson.
