The YWCA Rock County takes its stand against racism seriously. Spokesperson Beverly Broyles says everyone is invited to join in either of two simultaneous rallies Thursday noon. The rallies are planned for the First National Bank and Trust Plaza in Beloit, and on the Rock County Courthouse Steps in Janesville. This is the second year the YWCA is holding the “Stand Against Racism” event.
