Starting out at Blackhawk Technical College and getting a four-year degree through UW Rock County just got a little easier. UW Colleges Southwest Region Dean Charles Clark says a newly signed transfer agreement will allow a BTC graduate, with an associate degree, into UW Rock County’s Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree program. Officials from the two institutions signed the agreement this week.
