36 full and part time workers will lose their jobs as printing facilities in Delavan and Janesville consolidate.
Bliss Communications is shutting down printing and packaging operations at it’s CSI Media site in Delavan and transferring operations to it’s Printing and Distribution facility on West Wuthering Hills Drive in Janesville.
The Janesville facility may expand from two to three shifts when the consolidation is complete this summer, and CSI Media employees will have the opportunity to apply for open positions.
CSI Media, which is a division of Bliss Communications, publishes The Janesville Messenger, the Stateline News, Walworth County Sunday, and the Walworth-County Shopper-Advertiser.
Bliss owns and operates The Janesville Gazette, and the Monroe Times, and prints more than 50 other regional weekly and monthly newspapers.
