The trial for a Janesville man, accused in a shooting, isn’t expected to last much more than one day. 26-year-old Floyd Poe is accused of shooting an acquaintance in a Beloit Park in June of 2014. The criminal complaint says the victim was in Summit park with his girlfriend, when Poe approached him, started an argument, and shot him in the stomach. The complaint says the victim told police he was one-hundred percent sure who shot him. Jury selection is scheduled for 9:00 o’clock Monday morning in Rock County Court.
