A ramp from Interstate 39/90 to Avalon Road/Highway 11 in Janesville will be closed for construction work Tuesday night. The Department of Transportation says the northbound ramp will be closed from 6 p.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday. Motorists must use alternate routes, such as the I-39/90 Highway 11 interchange at Racine Street. Motorists should also be alert for nighttime lane closures in both northbound and southbound Interstate lanes near the Highway 11/Avalon Road interchange, which is Exit 177. Those closures are subject to change and depend on weather.
