A 16-year-old Janesville girl is under arrest in connection with a fight Thursday morning at Craig High School which left several students feeling the effects of pepper spray.
The girl has been referred to juvenile authorities on charges of intentional use of an oleoresin device – causing bodily harm, battery and disorderly conduct.
Janesville police say around 9:00 a.m. two females began fighting in the commons area, and one of them dispatched pepper spray.
The incident caused the school to go into soft lock down for about two hours.
