Beloit police are investigating, what some might consider, a very unusual arson case. Officers say a last week Tuesday, a little before 4:00 in the afternoon, a small suitcase was set on fire in the 1100 block of West Grand Avenue. Witnesses tell police a man was walking on the street, when a black Chevy Impala, with a least two women inside, pulled up and began yelling at him. The passenger got out of the car and lit the suitcase on fire. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
