Beloit Memorial High School graduates embark on victory tour

Beloit Memorial High School students with the Class of 2016 will graduate this Saturday, but not before visiting their former elementary and intermediate schools for a victory lap.
Students at BMHS were able to sign up for the quick visits (10-15 minutes each) by schools according to the following schedule:
Friday, June 3
9:00 am – Converse and Merrill Elementary Schools
9:25 am – McNeel Intermediate and Robinson Elementary Schools
9:50 am – Cunningham and Aldrich Intermediate Schools
10:25 am – Gaston Elementary and Fruzen Intermediate Schools
10:40 am – Hackett and Todd Elementary Schools
Elementary/Intermediate school students will be lined up to cheer the students on as graduates take a “tour” through the schools of their early learning years.  (While Fruzen is a brand new school this year, the school has many of the Morgan Elementary School teachers that taught some of the graduates.)
The intention of the program will be to make the Victory Tour an annual event both to inspire younger children to reach their goal of graduation and for graduates to share their triumph with those children and former teachers in the elementary and intermediate schools.
