Janesville Police turn to the public to help nab a pair of suspects wanted for retail theft.
The thieves are accused of stealing almost $3000 worth of men’s fragrance from Ulta Beauty at the Janesville Mall on the evening of May 2nd.
The female suspect is described as an African American with a large bun in her hair, and the male suspect is described as African American with shoulder-length dreadlocks.
