A 32-year-old Janesville man is facing charges of Operating While Intoxicated 6th Offense. Janesville police say they found Tarin D. Cottone visibly impaired, parked in the intersection of West Burbank and South Oakhill about 2:00 o’clock Friday afternoon. Officers say a hypodermic needle could be seen on his lap. Cottone does have a valid drivers license. A blood sample was taken and the results are pending.
