More than a dozen Janesville police officers will be directing traffic at key points around the city (Saturday) during the 22nd annual Muscular Dystrophy Association Tub Run. Lieutenant Chuck Aagaard says traffic can be blocked for more than half-an-hour as a thousand or more motorcycles make their way south down Pontiac Drive from Boardtracker Harley-Davidson and out of the city. The group eventually snakes its way west to Albany, then north of Evansville, on its way back to Thresherman’s Park east of Edgerton. The fundraising event kicks off at noon. It raises around $100,000 a year.
