The Janesville Plan Commission gives the green light to a new fast food restaurant.
Associate Planner Ryan Krzos says a developer is look to construct a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on the 2000 block of Morse Street.
The Janesville Plan Commission approved the conditional use permit in a unanimous vote after holding a public hearing Monday night.
The project now heads to the City Council.
