The latest figures from the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows continued growth in both sales and median prices. May figures show a year-to-date increase in the number of sales of 9.6% and the median sales price going up 8.6%. Rock/Green Realtors Association President Jeff Zuelke calls it a sellers market. He adds buyers are still finding prospects attractive in part because of continued low mortgage rates. Rock County appears to be doing a little better in the increased number of sales year-to-date compared to surrounding counties. Only Walworth County saw an increase.
