Janesville Police are looking for not one, but two suspects who are accused of being involved in a scheme to defraud a California college student out of almost $3,000.
Detective Chris Buescher says authorities are releasing the photo of another suspect.
Buescher says a University of Southern California student wired money to retail stores in Janesville, Beloit and Delavan after someone claiming to be from the Los Angeles Police Department called saying she had a debt with the IRS.
