A 45-year-old Janesville man is facing a 9th Operating While Intoxicated charge after being picked up for Failure to Yield the Right of Way. Janesville police say they arrested Randy M. Roessler about 3:30 Saturday afternoon in the area of Wesley Avenue and Campus Lane. Roessler was also cited for Non-registration of a Motor Vehicle and Unauthorized Display of Registration Plates.
