Milton School District residents will vote on two referendums in November. The school board Monday approved an $87 million question including the building of a new high school, and another asking permission to exceed revenue caps by $2.5 million for five-years. One board member questioned if all the facts were in. Exceeding revenue limits will cost the owner of a $100 thousand dollar home an additional $125, and the capital improvement referendum will cost about $177 dollars a year.
