Paul Nehlen under investigation following his primary vote

Businessman Paul Nehlen, who challenged Incumbent Congressman Paul Ryan in this week’s Republican primary, may be in a little trouble under Wisconsin election laws.  Town of Delavan Police Chief Ray Clark says Nehlen is accused of posting a photo of his marked ballot on Twitter.  The chief says the investigation is still in the information gathering stage.  The Wisconsin Elections Commission says the law was originally intended to prevent election bribery, but is now evolving after two recent cases of ballot selfie laws were struck down.
