It appears that Janesville city employees may be among the most satisfied workers in the area.
City human resources director Sue Musick says the city August 5th received survey results back that showed 93 percent of the city’s employees feel engaged, although only 56 percent of employees responded.
The survey revealed that only 83 percent of survey taking employees felt rewarded for hard work.
Musick says city budget woes prevent them from rewarding employees the way they’d like.
