Organizers for this winter’s Jolly Jingle celebration in downtown Janesville aren’t waiting until the last minute to check their list. Jolly Jingle Committee Chair Rene’ Bue understands some local organizations have been struggling to find donors and volunteers this year, and that’s one reason why they’re getting off to an early start. She says the activities are set for the three day event the first weekend in December. Now all they really need are sponsors.
