State Troopers say they stopped a speeder from Seattle on the Interstate near Milton and found more than coffee. A criminal complaint filed in Rock County Court claims 61-year-old Pedro S. Jennings had four-pounds of pot with trade names like Frankentine, Blue Sugar Cookies, and Sour Diesel. All brands sold in Seattle. The complaint also claims Jennings had 10 vials of hash oil and methamphetamine. He’s facing charges including possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
