The Green County Humane Society has dozens more cats following an animal hoarding investigation. A building inspector was investigating a strong odor coming from a home in Monroe Monday and saw six cats in a window. City ordinances only allow three. Police went to the home and found 55 living cats and five dead. A 78-year-old woman is scheduled to be in court Friday. The home has been designated as uninhabitable due to a flea problem.
