The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office is releasing the name of the man killed in this weekend’s traffic crash on the Interstate near Edgerton. Authorities say 31-year-old Joshua A. Rowell of Rockford, Illinois was a passenger in a mini-van, when another vehicle crashed into it in the southbound lanes about 11:30 Sunday night. The State Patrol says a 19-year-old was driving the mini-van with eight passengers, when he lost control and hit a guide wire before coming to rest in the traffic lanes. The 19-year-old and a 32-year-old woman were also seriously injured.
