A string of retail thefts may be over in Beloit. Police say they’ve arrested 35-year-old Travis J. Burrow in connection with thefts from at least nine different businesses. Officers had been shown surveillance photos from several of the businesses. Officials say an officer on patrol finally spotted Burrow and took him into custody.
