A Janesville group says the use of an opiate reversing drug will save lives

A local group, educating the public about the dangers of drug abuse, is applauding Governor Walker’s decision to allow pharmacists to dispense an opiate reversing drug without a prescription   Janesville Mobilizing 4 Change Director Sarah Johnson says it’ll save lives.  Johnson calls it invaluable for families of addicts who might have the opportunity to save a loved one.  Opioid overdose deaths have steadily increased over the last 15-years in Wisconsin to the point health professions describe the problem as an epidemic.
