Rock County Sheriff’s Deputies are in the process of putting “slow-no-wake” signs along the Rock River at all public access points between the Indianford Dam and West Beloit Rock Town line Road Bridge.
The U-S Geological Survey Gauges indicate the water level for Afton is 6.87 feet.
County ordinance requires a slow-no-wake speed restriction be placed on the Rock River when the water level reaches 6.5 feet at Afton.
