Janesville firefighters rescue a worker pinned by pipes weighing several hundred pounds in an industrial accident at 210 South Arch Street. Battalion Chief Ron Bomkamp says firefighters were called to North American Pipe Corporation just before midnight Wednesday. Bomkamp says while cutting the pipe to free the worker they had to be careful no one else became trapped. The rescue took about 45 minutes. The man suffered serious leg injuries.
