The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is ready to show off the state’s first diverging diamond interchange.
The DOT will hold a ribbon cutting cutting ceremony for the new interchange at I-39/90 and Highway 11 at 10:00 Thursday morning.
Wisconsin Department of Transportation Secretery Mark Gottlieb will be joined by state and local officials, community representatives, and members of the project team.
Although this is the first diverging diamond interchange in Wisconsin, about 70 similar interchanges have been constructed around the country.
