Janesville man accused of hitting and killing pedestrian makes court appearance

A 71-year-old Janesville man who’s charged with a single count of homicide by the intoxicated us of a motor vehicle is held in the Rock County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
Court Commissioner Thomas Kolpien presided over Michael A. Perry’s adjourned initial appearance in Rock County Court Wednesday afternoon.
Perry is accused of drinking beer in his truck at Riverside Park on November 10th, before hitting a parked car and a power pole, as well as striking and killing 37-year-old Christopher Raback of Janesville.
