Orfordville fire officials are investigating a blaze resulting in one fatality. Firefighters responded to a home in the 10-thousand block of West Highway 81 about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday. They found the single story ranch house fully involved. Officials say the fire appears to have started in the front of the home, and the structure is considered a complete loss. The cause is yet undetermined. The identity of the victim has not been released.
