The nomination papers still need to be verified, but seven candidates appear to be running for three seats on the Janesville School Board. The candidates returning papers by Tuesday afternoon’s deadline are Incumbent Kevin Murray, past board member Karl Dommershausen, and new comers Ben Dobson, R. Michael Flynn, Janine Hegle, and Thomas Murphy and Robert Zas II. In Beloit, Five candidates will be running for three seats on the school board. They include Incumbent Shelly Cronin, appointee Laurie Endres, along with Adam Aberle, Theresa Johnson, and Wendy Sanchez. The spring election is April 4th.
