A 58-year-old Janesville man is charged in federal court with escape.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Madison says the indictment indicates that Ralph Franklin Beilke failed to return to the Rock Valley Community Program on January 18th.
He was arrested two days later by the U.S. Marshall Service at a home in Janesville.
If convicted Beilke faces up to five years in federal prison.
