The hunt for a 29-year-old Beloit man, wanted in a fatal shooting, is finally over.  Michael E. Joseph turned himself in to the Rock County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday afternoon.  Beloit police had been looking for Joseph since 32-year-old Tony Payne was gunned down in the Turtle Tap parking.  Officer’s originally responded to the tavern just before midnight on August 31st after hearing four to five loud pops.  They found Payne suffering from three gunshot wounds.  He was taken to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center where he later died.
